{"id":1912,"date":"2022-03-25T10:08:15","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T09:08:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/?p=1912"},"modified":"2022-03-25T10:08:15","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T09:08:15","slug":"participacion-en-el-proyecto-seismo-de-la-fundacion-gasol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/index.php\/2022\/03\/25\/participacion-en-el-proyecto-seismo-de-la-fundacion-gasol\/","title":{"rendered":"Participaci\u00f3n en el Proyecto SE\u00cdSMO de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gasol."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nuestro colegio ha sido admitido en SE\u00cdSMO, proyecto de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gasol, entidad fundada por los hermanos Pau y Marc Gasol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1913 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/2022\/03\/IMG_20220318_162708_904-300x265.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/2022\/03\/IMG_20220318_162708_904-300x265.jpg 300w, https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/cp.campohermoso.humanes\/2022\/03\/IMG_20220318_162708_904.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto SE\u00cdSMO introduce la promoci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos saludables (alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, actividad f\u00edsica, sue\u00f1o y bienestar emocional) en la asignatura de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica y pretende prevenir la obesidad infantil.<\/p>\n<p>En una primera fase, ESTUDIO, que se realizar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 21 y 22 de abril en el centro, se evaluar\u00e1 el estado ponderal de los alumnos (peso, altura, circunferencia de cintura) cuyas familias confirmen y autoricen participar en el ESTUDIO. Esta evaluaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 en una sala del colegio que garantizar\u00e1 su intimidad.<\/p>\n<p>En los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, los alumnos de 5 a\u00f1os de Educaci\u00f3n Infantil y de 1\u00ba a 5\u00ba de Educaci\u00f3n Primaria recibir\u00e1n un sobre con informaci\u00f3n del proyecto y distintos cuestionarios y autorizaciones que deber\u00e1n devolver rellenadas y firmadas antes del d\u00eda 4 de abril todas aquellas familias que quieran participar en el estudio.<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda fase, PROYECTO, se implementar\u00e1 el proyecto SEISMO en el \u00e1rea de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica con diversas actividades para promocionar los h\u00e1bitos saludables. Al final del PROYECTO, se volver\u00eda a evaluar a los mismos alumnos (ya de 1\u00ba a 6\u00ba de Educaci\u00f3n Primaria) que autorizaron participar en el ESTUDIO.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, os enviaremos una serie de retos familiares as\u00ed como v\u00eddeos con recomendaciones saludables.<\/p>\n<p>En este v\u00eddeo <a
