Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer pautas claras, recursos de apoyo y un espacio para resolver dudas ante uno de los problemas m\u00e1s complejos y graves que podemos enfrentar con nuestros hijos\/as.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos del taller<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacitar a madres y padres para identificar se\u00f1ales de alerta y saber c\u00f3mo actuar al inicio.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir el estigma y hablar con naturalidad y rigor sobre suicidio y autolesi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer factores de riesgo y protecci\u00f3n, y recursos de apoyo disponibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contenidos principales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducta suicida y autolesiva: definiciones y c\u00f3mo se manifiestan.<\/li>\n<li>Factores de riesgo y de protecci\u00f3n en el entorno familiar.<\/li>\n<li>Contexto actual: prevalencia y mitos frecuentes.<\/li>\n<li>Se\u00f1ales de alarma y c\u00f3mo detectarlas a tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Claves de prevenci\u00f3n en casa y primeros pasos de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Recursos de atenci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo pedir ayuda.<\/li>\n<li>Espacio para preguntas y resoluci\u00f3n de dudas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fecha y hora<\/strong>: 29 de octubre a las 16:00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lugar<\/strong>: CEIP Campohermoso (Humanes de Madrid).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n estimada<\/strong>: 1 hora y 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas gracias por vuestra colaboraci\u00f3n.
