Este a\u00f1o de nuevo tendremos una competici\u00f3n de Marcha N\u00f3rdica.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que en a\u00f1os anteriores, continuaremos con la iniciativa que pusimos en marcha en 2019, <strong><u>DORSAL SOLIDARIO<\/u> <\/strong>que este a\u00f1o recaer\u00e1 en la <strong>ASME (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del S\u00edndrome Smith-Magenis).<\/strong> El mismo d\u00eda de la carrera se puede adquirir el dorsal, por un <strong>1\u20ac. <\/strong>En las carreras <strong><em>de Marcha N\u00f3rdica, Open y Mini Carlitos <\/em><\/strong>para participar se podr\u00e1 recoger el dorsal solidario por 1\u20ac el mismo d\u00eda de la carrera, adem\u00e1s quien quiera colaborar podr\u00e1 adquirir el dorsal solidario el mismo d\u00eda de la prueba.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>N O R M A S:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pueden participar todos los alumnos\/as que est\u00e9n incluidos en las edades comprendidas en las categor\u00edas que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/li>\n<li>Todos los ni\u00f1os\/as participantes deber\u00e1n estar con sus padres\/madres\/tutores\/monitores hasta que se les avise para la c\u00e1mara de llamadas.<\/li>\n<li>Las pruebas comenzaran a las 09:30 horas guardando el siguiente orden, recomendamos estar al menos 15 minutos antes del inicio de la prueba, en la zona de datos:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS, CATEGOR\u00cdA, A\u00d1O DE NACIMIENTO Y COLEGIO<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Todo aquel que desee participar en el Cross, debe inscribirse en las A.M.P.A.S de sus colegios\/instituto, o en el A.M.P.A. del Colegio CARLOS III desde el <strong>d\u00eda 13 de marzo <\/strong>y hasta el d\u00eda <strong>23 de marzo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Los participantes que no se hayan podido inscribirse en el A.M.P.A de su centro educativo lo pueden hacer el d\u00eda del CROSS, 30 minutos antes de su prueba. Hay l\u00edmite de 1000 inscripciones.<\/li>\n<li>En las pruebas de <strong>marcha n\u00f3rdica <\/strong>es imprescindible el uso de <strong>DOS bastones <\/strong>y hacer buen uso de No se puede correr, solo marchar o andar manteniendo siempre un pie en contacto con el suelo.<\/li>\n<li>Las hojas de inscripci\u00f3n y los dorsales que no se hayan repartido en su centro deber\u00e1n ser entregadas en el AMPA CARLOS III, o al monitor deportivo del Centro (Samuel \u00darsula) <strong>antes del d\u00eda 23 de marzo<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n en el correo <a href=\"mailto:ampacarlosiii@hotmail.es\"><strong>ampacarlosiii@hotmail.es.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>El Comit\u00e9 organizador no se hace responsable de cualquier posible accidente, aunque para la prueba se ha contratado una ambulancia y se ha solicitado la colaboraci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n civil..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Premios de las pruebas:\n<ul>\n<li>Trofeo a los tres clasificados de cada categor\u00eda.
