El Ayuntamiento de Madrid organiza, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, las Jornadas de Autoprotecci\u00f3n para Mujeres coincidiendo con el D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer que se celebra el pr\u00f3ximo 8 de marzo. Desarrolladas por el \u00c1rea Delegada de Deporte en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Federaci\u00f3n Madrile\u00f1a de Lucha y dentro del programa municipal de seminarios y cursos de autoprotecci\u00f3n para mujeres, diez distritos de la capital acoger\u00e1n estas jornadas en sus centros deportivos de manera gratuita desde el s\u00e1bado 5 al 12 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El prop\u00f3sito de estas jornadas es transmitir conocimientos b\u00e1sicos sobre autoprotecci\u00f3n con la finalidad de adquirir habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y destreza en defensa personal y el control del estr\u00e9s ante situaciones de agresi\u00f3n real. Est\u00e1n dirigidas sobre todo a mujeres a partir de 16 a\u00f1os, aunque tambi\u00e9n pueden inscribirse ni\u00f1as de 12 a 15 a\u00f1os acompa\u00f1adas de su madre o tutora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
