Cuando se accede desde aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil, se llama Roble. Cuando se accede desde un navegador web, como Chrome, Firefox o Internet Explorer, se llama ra\u00edces, y se accede desde la p\u00e1gina <a href=\"https:\/\/raices.madrid.org\/\"><strong>https:\/\/raices.madrid.org\/<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n os recordamos que en caso de p\u00e9rdida de la contrase\u00f1a de acceso, la Comunidad de Madrid ha dispuesto procedimiento de recuperaci\u00f3n de recuperaci\u00f3n de contrase\u00f1a por parte de los usuarios. Es un proceso similar al que debemos realizar cuando hemos olvidado la contrase\u00f1a de nuestros correos electr\u00f3nicos. Hay manuales de todo ello en la p\u00e1gina web del centro. Deber\u00e9is habilitar las ventanas emergentes y cambiar la contrase\u00f1a cumpliendo los requisitos que marca la plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencias hay entre Roble y Ra\u00edces?<\/strong> Podr\u00edamos decir que es lo mismo. Roble es el nombre de la aplicaci\u00f3n cuando se accede desde un m\u00f3vil o tablet. En cambio, si accedemos desde un ordenador, tendremos que acceder a ra\u00edces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n tiene acceso a Roble\/Ra\u00edces?<\/strong> Cada padre\/madre\/tutor\/a legal tendr\u00e1 su propio usuario, con lo que podr\u00e1 acceder a las diferentes informaciones relacionadas con su hijo\/a y el Colegio.
