Como os comunicamos el 9 de septiembre, continua en vigor la huelga convocada por el sindicado educativo CNT hasta el 30 de septiembre y a esta convocatoria, se suma para el 22 y 23 de septiembre<\/strong> la convocada por las organizaciones sindicales FREM de CCOO, FeSP-UGT, STEM y CGT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Es de remarcar que seg\u00fan nos indican en \u201cORDEN 2167\/2020, de 14 de septiembre, del Consejero de Educaci\u00f3n y Juventud, por la que se establecen los servicios m\u00ednimos esenciales en los centros docentes y\/o educativos p\u00fablicos dependientes de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Juventud de la Comunidad de Madrid con ocasi\u00f3n de la huelga convocada para los d\u00edas 22 y 23 de septiembre de 2020<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n El punto segundo dispone: \u201cPor cada grupo de alumnos presencial en el centro, un profesor encargado, con la prioridad de garantizar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n e higi\u00e9nico-sanitarias, y poder garantizar el seguimiento de posibles contagios en el grupo, prevaleciendo su estabilidad\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Por lo cual y teniendo en cuenta que a fecha de 21 de septiembre 2020, tenemos cinco profesores que todav\u00eda no han sido cubiertos por sustitutos que asigna la Comunidad de Madrid m\u00e1s un total de 36 grupos de convivencia estable, ning\u00fan profesor del centro podr\u00e1 participar en su derecho a huelga<\/em><\/strong> y estar\u00e1n todos nombrados como servicios m\u00ednimos por imposici\u00f3n de dicha orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La Direcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Estimadas familias.
