Plan de Convivencia (link)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consideramos el Plan de Convivencia como un documento vivo, en actualizaci\u00f3n permanente para adecuarse a la realidad del Centro a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Esa actualizaci\u00f3n persigue la continua mejora de la calidad del sistema educativo en general, y de la convivencia en nuestro Centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este documento, debe entenderse como un proceso din\u00e1mico de programaci\u00f3n para los docentes pero  tambi\u00e9n el marco que rige la socializaci\u00f3n entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este curso debemos ajustar nuestro plan al nuevo DECRETO 32\/2019, de 9 de abril, del Consejo de Gobierno, por el que se establece el marco regulador de la convivencia en los centros docentes de la Comunidad de Madrid. De la misma manera, se han realizado los cambios indicados en el Decreto 60\/2020 de 29 de julio que modifica el decreto 32 anteriormente citado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para ello, y siguiendo las propuestas de la Subdirecci\u00f3n General de Inspecci\u00f3n Educativa para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Convivencia y su adecuaci\u00f3n al nuevo decreto, hemos dotado a nuestro documento de una nueva estructura que por un lado, mantiene los contenidos generales del Plan aprobado el curso pasado, y por otro lado, incorpora el nuevo marco normativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el Art\u00edculo 12 del citado decreto, \u201cel plan de convivencia es el documento en el que se fundamenta y se concreta el modelo de convivencia del centro. En \u00e9l se coordinan las acciones de toda la comunidad educativa para construir un clima escolar dentro de los principios democr\u00e1ticos que garanticen una educaci\u00f3n para todos y favorezca la prevenci\u00f3n, el tratamiento educativo de los conflictos y una intervenci\u00f3n efectiva en la regulaci\u00f3n de la convivencia escolar. El plan de convivencia forma parte del proyecto educativo y sus concreciones y desarrollos se incorporar\u00e1n a la programaci\u00f3n general anual de cada curso escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
