ERASMUS + AND SPORT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Actividad que organiza la <strong>AMPA<\/strong> junto al <strong>CLUB DE KARATE ANTONIO\u00a0MACHADO<\/strong> ha alcanzado una gran proyecci\u00f3n nacional e internacional, siendo\u00a0considerado uno de los mejores clubes de Espa\u00f1a. Cuenta con una gran cantidad de\u00a0practicantes y campeones internacionales, nacionales y regionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Entre sus actividades\u00a0est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n sus aportaciones solidarias colaborando y organizando eventos para estos\u00a0fines con entidades con fines sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nuestro colegio participa en una actividad de K\u00e1rate organizada por la <strong>Federaci\u00f3n\u00a0espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> en el \u00e1mbito de <strong>Erasmus +<\/strong> junto a otros cuatro colegios de Espa\u00f1a y colegios\u00a0representantes de otros pa\u00edses europeos: Italia, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Portugal.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Esta actividad:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ESTIMULA A LA PERSONA A IR M\u00c1S ALL\u00c1 DE SUS PROPIAS\u00a0LIMITACIONES Y A ALCANZAR SUS METAS.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TRANSMITE VALORES COMO LA PERSEVERANCIA, EL AUTOCONTROL Y\u00a0LA RESPONSABILIDAD.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">COMBINA DISCIPLINA, COORDINACI\u00d3N, AGILIDAD Y HABILIDAD\u00a0MENTAL.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n es un m\u00e9todo de\u00a0defensa personal,\u00a0puesto que desarrolla\u00a0los\u00a0reflejos, la flexibilidad y las habilidades f\u00edsicas, ayudando a combatir los malos\u00a0h\u00e1bitos y la\u00a0obesidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sin duda, las descritas son razones m\u00e1s que suficientes para\u00a0motivar a los ni\u00f1os a\u00a0aprender este deporte,\u00a0aunque el <strong>Karate<\/strong> reporta muchos otros beneficios para\u00a0el\u00a0<strong>desarrollo infantil<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Activity organized by AMPA together with KARATE CLUB ANTONIO\u00a0MACHADO has reached a great national and international recognition, being\u00a0considered one of the best clubs in Spain. It has a large number of international,\u00a0national and regional champions and practitioners. In addition to these activities,\u00a0they also take part in collaborating and organizing events with these ideas in mind.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Our school participates in Karate activities organized by the Spanish Federation in\u00a0the field of Erasmus+ with four other schools in Spain and colleges representing\u00a0other European countries: Italy, Germany, France, Poland Portugal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This activity stimulates the students to surpass their own limitations and to achieve\u00a0their goals. It transmits values as perseverance, self-control and responsibility and\u00a0combines discipline, coordination, agility, and mental ability.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It is also a method of self-defense, since it develops reflexes, flexibility and physical\u00a0abilities, helping to combat bad habits and obesity. Undoubtedly, those described\u00a0are more than enough reasons to motivate children to learn this sport, although<\/em><br \/><em>Karate reports many other benefits for child
