{"id":3516,"date":"2023-09-28T16:30:46","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T14:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.pedrobrimonis.humanes\/?p=3516"},"modified":"2023-09-29T11:55:31","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T09:55:31","slug":"nota-informativa-sobre-obras-en-centro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/cp.pedrobrimonis.humanes\/index.php\/2023\/09\/28\/nota-informativa-sobre-obras-en-centro\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTA INFORMATIVA SOBRE OBRAS EN CENTRO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estimadas familias:<\/p>\n<p>Desde a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, nuestro centro viene acusando una notable problem\u00e1tica asociada a determinadas zonas de patio que ante condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas adversas se encharcan y generan gran cantidad de barro y al estar muy accesibles conlleva a tener grandes dificultades con el alumnado.<\/p>\n<p>Por tal motivo se pretende corregir y dar un nuevo uso a las zonas afectadas que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zona patio Ed. Infantil (90 m2)<\/strong>: solado y acondicionamiento de circuito de educaci\u00f3n vial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zona patio Ed. Primaria (86 m2)<\/strong>: solado para habilitar 3 mesas de ping pong antivand\u00e1licas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adecuaci\u00f3n zona escalada (11 m2): <\/strong>solado para posteriormente montar un circuito de escalada en la pared exterior del gimnasio.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ante dicha problem\u00e1tica, desde el centro se lleva realizado un notable esfuerzo econ\u00f3mico durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os para poder hacer frente al elevado coste que conlleva la remodelaci\u00f3n de las mismas. Una vez alcanzada la cuant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica para poder hacer frente a la remodelaci\u00f3n y tras haber informado a las diferentes Administraciones competentes y contar con su aprobaci\u00f3n, les informamos que se va a proceder al arreglo de las zonas descritas.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, a partir del <strong>2\u00a0 de octubre de 2023<\/strong> (se estima que la duraci\u00f3n de las obras ser\u00e1 de unas 3 semanas), se vallar\u00e1 la zona indicada para que se pueda trabajar sobre ellas y evitar de esta forma cualquier tipo de accidente ya que adem\u00e1s del vallado, durante todos los tiempos de tr\u00e1nsito de alumnos en entradas, salidas y tiempos de recreo, no se realizar\u00e1 movimiento de ning\u00fan tipo de maquinaria fuera de la zona de obra.<\/p>\n<p
