Tomando en consideraci\u00f3n el OBJETIVO 7, establecido en la Programaci\u00f3n General Anual para el presente curso: \u00abFomentar la implicaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad de las familias en el proceso educativo de los alumno\/as y en la marcha del <\/strong>centro: convivencia, absentismo e inter\u00e9s por el proceso educativo de sus hijos\/as<\/strong>\u00ab. Volvemos a reiterar que la entrada del alumnado<\/strong> al centro se realiza todos los d\u00edas lectivos a las 9:00 h.<\/strong><\/p>\n Seg\u00fan se establece en el Decreto 32\/2019 de 9 de abril,<\/strong> del Consejo de Gobierno por el que se establece el marco regulador de la convivencia en los centros educativos de la Comunidad de Madrid, los retrasos injustificados deben ser considerados como falta leve<\/strong> seg\u00fan se establece en su art\u00edculo 33<\/strong>, del mismo modo que las faltas reiteradas de puntualidad o de asistencia a clase<\/strong> que, a juicio del tutor, no est\u00e9n justificadas, deben considerarse como falta grave<\/strong> seg\u00fan se establece en el art\u00edculo 34.<\/strong> En ambas situaciones se derivar\u00e1 la aplicaci\u00f3n del procedimiento sancionador establecido y el centro tendr\u00e1 que enviar los datos de los retrasos o faltas de asistencia a la Comisi\u00f3n de Absentismo del municipio por si es necesario comunicar la informaci\u00f3n a instancias superiores en defensa de los derechos del menor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Reciban un cordial saludo.<\/p>\n El equipo directivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Estimadas familias.
