El Coordinador del Aula Profesional de Emprendimiento del IES Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda y Turismo, Jos\u00e9 Luis Carretero Miramar, participar\u00e1 como ponente en una de las mesas redondas, que tendr\u00e1 por t\u00edtulo \u00abMadrid, ecosistema gastro emprendedor\u00bb, y en la que participar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n Vicente Lorente Gar\u00edn, Director de la Escuela de Hosteler\u00eda y Turismo de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Madrid y Pepe Aniorte de la Agencia para el Empleo del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
