A trav\u00e9s del mismo, hemos definido un reto al que hemos dado respuesta mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de distintas din\u00e1micas. Una vez que ha quedado definida la soluci\u00f3n, hemos llevado a cabo un prototipo que  ser\u00e1 objeto de evaluaci\u00f3n en el pr\u00f3ximo curso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar y afianzar la creatividad, la iniciativa personal y el esp\u00edritu emprendedor del alumnado a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n en din\u00e1micas de liderazgo y gesti\u00f3n del emprendimiento del profesorado del los centros educativos de la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"patron\" style=\"font-size:28px\">Viabilidad<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La viabilidad del proyecto se traduce en la necesidad que tiene la sociedad en general, y la Formaci\u00f3n Profesional en particular, de combatir la brecha de g\u00e9nero existente en algunas titulaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional ligadas al \u00e1mbito tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px\">Justificaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto se ha llevado a cabo porque consideramos que es fundamental realizar acciones que est\u00e9n conectadas con los ejes estrat\u00e9gicos que establece el libro blanco de la Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, como es el caso de la potenciaci\u00f3n de la presencia de la mujer en todas las familias de
