La ansiedad es muy com\u00fan en el aula; por ello, el pasado 13 de febrero los alumnos de los Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior contaron con la psic\u00f3loga Alba Rubio, de Getting Better, para poder aprender a identificarla y controlarla.<\/p>\n

Alba comenz\u00f3 explicando en qu\u00e9 consiste la ansiedad y los tipos de ansiedad que existen. Tambi\u00e9n describi\u00f3 los mitos sobre la ansiedad as\u00ed como sus causas y s\u00edntomas tanto f\u00edsicos como psicol\u00f3gicos, por ejemplo: las palpitaciones aceleradas del coraz\u00f3n, la sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva, los pensamientos negativos hacia uno mismo, irritabilidad, cambios de humor, etc.<\/p>\n

Entre las t\u00e9cnicas para gestionar la ansiedad, la psic\u00f3loga recomend\u00f3: marcarse peque\u00f1as metas, estudio diario, ejercicio f\u00edsico, alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, horarios regulares para dormir y evitar las pantallas antes de acostarse. La actividad final consisti\u00f3 en identificar aquellos estresores que nos afectan a cada uno de nosotros y buscar posibles soluciones para poder controlarla y llevar una vida m\u00e1s equilibrada.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\n
