A lo largo de la charla se inform\u00f3 a los alumnos de la organizaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y puesta en marcha de la empresa, as\u00ed como de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en la misma. Por otro lado se propuso a los alumnos asistir a una entrevista de trabajo para poder realizar las pr\u00e1cticas del m\u00f3dulo de Formaci\u00f3n en Centros de Trabajo en este curso acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se abordaron temas clave como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tendencias actuales del mercado laboral<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00f3mo destacar en procesos de selecci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Herramientas para mejorar el perfil profesional<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Importancia del networking y la marca personal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de interactuar con los ponentes, resolver dudas espec\u00edficas y participar en din\u00e1micas pr\u00e1cticas que les ayudaron a identificar sus fortalezas y \u00e1reas de mejora.<\/p>\n<p>La charla reafirma el compromiso de Laika Ocio con el desarrollo profesional y la empleabilidad, ofreciendo recursos y orientaci\u00f3n para facilitar la inserci\u00f3n laboral en un entorno competitivo y en constante evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado d\u00eda 19 de diciembre Jesus \u00c1ngel Diaz, coordinador de recursos humanos de la empresa \u00abLAIKA OCIO\u00bb, presento a los alumnos de 2\u00ba curso del Ciclo de Animaci\u00f3n Sociodeportiva en el IES Los Castillos su empresa.
