Traje de Lluïsa Denis
Trajes de finales del siglo XIX
Dress inspired by the oil painting that Santiago Rusiñol made for her in 1887.
This dress was created to represent Lluïsa Denis, wife of Santiago Rusiñol (married in 1886), writer, poet, composer and painter.
Light fabrics were chosen as in the painting and black velvet for the dark details.
It is a dress, which by its characteristics is located between 1870 and 1890. The details of the dress, lapels, belt, bows, as well as the accessories, are in black. This composition consists of inner shirt, polo shirt, polish, petticoat, and jacket with pleated details on the back. It has lace ruffles on the sleeves and collar, as well as a lace or embroidered strip at the bottom of the skirt and petticoat.
Unlike those we have seen in this same exhibition, this one has more volume in the skirt and is more functional as it does not have a train.
It is complemented on the head with a black headdress.

Vestido inspirado en la pintura al óleo que Santiago Rusiñol le hizo en 1887.
Este vestido fue creado para representar a Lluïsa Denis, esposa de Santiago Rusiñol (casados en 1886), escritora, poeta, compositora y pintora.
Se eligieron tejidos claros como en la pintura y terciopelo negro para los detalles oscuros.
Es un vestido, que por sus características se sitúa entre 1870 y 1890. Tanto los detalles del vestido, solapas, cinturón, lazos, como los accesorios, son en color negro. Esta composición consta de camisa interior, pololos, polisón, enaguas, y chaqueta con detalles plisados en la espalda. Tiene volantes de encaje en las mangas y cuello, además de llevar una puntilla o tira bordada en el bajo de la falda y enaguas.
A diferencia de los que hemos visto en esta misma exposición, este tiene más volumen en la falda y es más funcional al no llevar cola.
Va complementado en la cabeza con un tocado en negro.
