{"id":3611,"date":"2026-10-09T10:38:55","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T08:38:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/ies.leonfelipe.getafe\/?p=3611"},"modified":"2026-10-09T10:38:56","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T08:38:56","slug":"informacion-a-las-familias-sobre-la-convocatoria-de-huelga-indefinida-14-de-octubre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.educa.madrid.org\/ies.leonfelipe.getafe\/index.php\/2026\/10\/09\/informacion-a-las-familias-sobre-la-convocatoria-de-huelga-indefinida-14-de-octubre\/","title":{"rendered":"Informaci\u00f3n a las familias sobre la convocatoria de huelga indefinida 14 de octubre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif; color: #000000;\">Estimadas familias:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Les informamos de que, a partir del pr\u00f3ximo <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>14 de octubre<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">, est\u00e1 convocada una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>huelga indefinida<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> que afecta al profesorado y al alumnado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Con el objetivo de garantizar la atenci\u00f3n y la seguridad del alumnado que asista al centro, el instituto aplicar\u00e1 los <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>servicios m\u00ednimos establecidos por la Administraci\u00f3n educativa<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">. No obstante, durante las jornadas de huelga, el personal designado para estos servicios estar\u00e1 dedicado prioritariamente a labores de vigilancia, supervisi\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Por este motivo, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>no podr\u00e1 garantizarse el normal desarrollo de las actividades lectivas ni el avance de los contenidos programados<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">, pudiendo verse alterada la actividad acad\u00e9mica habitual.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Para conocimiento de las familias, el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>IES Le\u00f3n Felipe<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> cuenta con <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>706 alumnos<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">, incluyendo Bachillerato. Sin embargo, para el c\u00e1lculo de los servicios m\u00ednimos \u00fanicamente se tienen en cuenta las ense\u00f1anzas obligatorias. En la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>ESO<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> est\u00e1n matriculados <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>520 alumnos<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">, de los cuales <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>19 presentan necesidades educativas especiales (NEE)<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif; color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con los criterios establecidos por la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Corresponde <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>un profesor por cada 90 alumnos de ESO o fracci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">En los centros ordinarios con alumnado NEE corresponde, adem\u00e1s, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>un profesor adicional por cada 25 alumnos o fracci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Aplicando estos criterios, al centro le corresponden <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>7 profesores de servicios m\u00ednimos a jornada completa<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">, adem\u00e1s del equipo directivo designado por la normativa vigente, que son solamente el Director y la Jefa de Estudios General.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif; color: #000000;\">Somos conscientes de las dificultades que esta situaci\u00f3n puede ocasionar a las familias y agradecemos de antemano su comprensi\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n.
