trabajar en el proyecto STEM \u201c<strong>Tu experimento en un globo sonda<\/strong>\u201d 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>objetivo, subir experimentos cient\u00edficos <\/strong>de centros de Secundaria, Bachillerato y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional de la Comunidad de Madrid<strong> a la estratosfera<\/strong>&nbsp;(unos 30.000 m) con las condiciones de espacio cercano que ello supone.&nbsp;Como colof\u00f3n y parte pr\u00e1ctica,&nbsp;el&nbsp;30 de mayo&nbsp;<strong>se lanzar\u00e1 el globo sonda<\/strong> desde el castillo de la localidad segoviana de href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/VectoresCSIC\">@VectoresCSIC<\/a>) que nos brindaron un apoyo incalculable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La catedr\u00e1tica de zoolog\u00eda del <strong>Centro Iberoamericano de la Biodiversidad<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/IUCibio\">@IUCibio<\/a>) <em>M\u00aa \u00c1ngeles<\/em> <em>Marcos Garc\u00eda<\/em>, de la Universidad de Alicante nos ha formado, orientado y pulgones y pupas de s\u00edrfidos (enemigos naturales del pulg\u00f3n) a la estratosfera.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto tiene su origen en la necesidad de comprender c\u00f3mo la <strong>exposici\u00f3n a condiciones extremas<\/strong> afecta a la biolog\u00eda y el comportamiento de los insectos, lo cual podr\u00eda tener implicaciones en diversos campos, como la Fase de dise\u00f1o de la caja:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un grupo de alumnos de la asignatura de <strong>Proyecto de Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de 4\u00ba ESO<\/strong> se encargar\u00e1 de dise\u00f1ar una caja con <strong>impresi\u00f3n 3D<\/strong> de contenci\u00f3n que garantice la seguridad y el bienestar de los pulgones y s\u00edrfidos durante el viaje a la estratosfera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400\">b) Fase de desarrollo y reproducci\u00f3n de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n de pulgones:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los alumnos de Biolog\u00eda de 1\u00ba ESO seguir\u00e1n las indicaciones de nuestros mentores para <strong>criar pulgones y estudiar su ciclo vital<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n investigar\u00e1n el ciclo vital del s\u00edrfido <em>Sphaerophoria rueppellii<\/em>, <strong>depredador natural de los pulgones<\/strong>, para comprender mejor las interacciones entre las especies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Etapa del experimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se realizar\u00e1 la selecci\u00f3n de \u00ab<strong>pulgonautas<\/strong>\u00bb de aproximadamente 9 d\u00edas de edad, que se introducir\u00e1n en la caja de metacrilato junto con alimento. Durante el trayecto se monitorizar\u00e1n las magnitudes de presi\u00f3n, temperatura y altitud de la caja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera paralela, en la superficie terrestre, tendremos la <strong>poblaci\u00f3n de control<\/strong>, compuesta por pulgones de la misma edad. Montaremos un ensayo de antibiosis para evaluar la capacidad reproductiva del insecto compar\u00e1ndolo con nuestro control. La duraci\u00f3n del experimento ser\u00e1 de unos 20 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" tablas y se realizar\u00e1n representaciones gr\u00e1ficas, tratando de encontrar alguna pauta que indique los efectos de la estancia en la estratosfera en nuestros \u00abpulgonautas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se redactar\u00e1 un informe final que documente nuestros resultados, public\u00e1ndolo en nuestros medios digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
