Para realizar la solicitud del t\u00edtulo de Ciclos Formativos, se debe presentar en la Secretar\u00eda del Instituto el documento \u00abSolicitud de T\u00edtulo<\/span><\/a>\u00bb<\/span><\/strong> relleno y firmado por el interesado, junto al justificante del pago de tasas<\/a> <\/span>y copia del DNI o NIE (se recuerda que se recomienda no pedir t\u00edtulo con Pasaporte), fotocopia del t\u00edtulo de familia numerosa actualizado, cuando proceda; fotocopia del t\u00edtulo de acceso (todo por ambas caras). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure> SOLICITUD DUPLICADO T\u00cdTULO CICLOS FORMATIVOS<\/a> (LOOI, LOGSE, LOMCE y LOE)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Para realizar la solicitud del duplicado de Ciclos Formativos, se debe presentar en la Secretar\u00eda del Instituto el documento \u00abSolicitud duplicado t\u00edtulo<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00bb relleno y firmado por el interesado, junto al justificante del pago de tasas<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>y copia del DNI o NIE, fotocopia del t\u00edtulo de familia numerosa actualizado, cuando proceda (todo por ambas caras). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure> SOLICITUD DE CANCELACI\u00d3N VOLUNTARIA DE MATR\u00cdCULA<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Podr\u00e1n solicitar cancelaci\u00f3n voluntaria de matricula total antes del transcurso de un mes desde el inicio de las actividades lectivas.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure> PROCEDIMIENTO DE REVISI\u00d3N Y RECLAMACI\u00d3N DE CALIFICACIONES  FP<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure> CONVALIDACI\u00d3N DE M\u00d3DULOS<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

El plazo para solicitar la convalidaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos ser\u00e1 hasta el d\u00eda 30 de septiembre. <\/strong>Excepcionalmente, si se formaliza matricula una vez iniciadas las actividades lectivas, el alumno\/a tendr\u00e1 los siguientes 10 d\u00edas lectivos a la matriculaci\u00f3n para realizar la solicitud. Hay que aportar original y copia del certificado de los estudios realizados con los que se quiera convalidar los m\u00f3dulos.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
