Desde hace una d\u00e9cada trabajan en Espa\u00f1a concienciando y llamando a la acci\u00f3n sobre el desperdicio de alimentos y su impacto ambiental, social y econ\u00f3mico. Tienen en marcha la iniciativa<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Yonodesperdicio <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(https:\/\/alimentaods.org\/) y el curso pasado comenzaron con el proyecto \u201cFROM AWARENESS TO ACTION: SCHOOLS AND HOUSEHOLDS AGAINST FOOD WASTE\u201d, con tres objetivos claros:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concienciar al alumnado sobre el problema del desperdicio alimentario y su impacto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover en la comunidad educativa patrones de consumo responsable y sostenible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transformar el centro educativo en un espacio m\u00e1s sostenible y comprometido.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n pudimos saber que se entiende por \u201csistema alimentario\u201d y c\u00f3mo enlaza con todos los ODS. Conocimos el gran reto de los sistemas alimentarios sostenibles: satisfacer las necesidades alimentarias cada vez mayores y cambiantes de una poblaci\u00f3n creciente en forma sostenible, en el contexto del cambio clim\u00e1tico y de una mayor presi\u00f3n sobre los recursos naturales, prestando atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edficamente a los derechos y necesidades de los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables. Nos concienciaron sobre la necesidad de un cambio disruptivo para poder responder a este ambicioso objetivo, lo que supone buscar la forma de impactar\u00a0 positivamente en los siguientes problemas medioambientales:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones GEI<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n del desperdicio alimentario<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recuperaci\u00f3n de los suelos degradados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dietas saludables, dietas sostenibles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protecci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recuperaci\u00f3n de los recursos pesqueros<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda una sesi\u00f3n muy productiva y de gran aprendizaje para todo el equipo docente.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda 11 de diciembre el equipo de profesores sostenibles acuden al Taller de Naturaleza de Villaviciosa de Od\u00f3n para participar en una nueva sesi\u00f3n formativa, en esta ocasi\u00f3n sobre \u201calimentaci\u00f3n saludable y sostenible\u201d.
