Es para m\u00ed un privilegio, a la vez que un desaf\u00edo, asumir la direcci\u00f3n de este centro, un espacio educativo con una trayectoria reconocida y una comunidad educativa comprometida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nuevo equipo directivo que tengo el honor de liderar es una mezcla de experiencia y nuevas perspectivas. Contamos con profesionales que ya conocen en profundidad el instituto y su funcionamiento, y con personas que, aunque se incorporan por primera vez al centro, tienen una dilatada trayectoria en Educaci\u00f3n. Esta diversidad de miradas nos da la firme convicci\u00f3n de que los grandes logros se construyen sobre una base s\u00f3lida a partir de la cual se puedan generar nuevas oportunidades. Por ello, mi principal objetivo es dar continuidad a las fortalezas que han definido al IES Enrique Tierno Galv\u00e1n. Al mismo tiempo, considero que el contexto actual nos exige mirar hacia el futuro con una mentalidad de constante mejora e innovaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este nuevo e ilusionante camino, su papel es indispensable. Deseo que mantengamos una comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y fluida, y que se sientan parte activa de este proyecto com\u00fan.
