Fue elaborada por Don Ildefonso Mareca Cort\u00e9s (Subdirector de la Escuela Sindical de la Vid e Industrias Derivadas en aquel a\u00f1o). Lleva por t\u00edtulo: \u00abDisoluci\u00f3n y evoluci\u00f3n del color en los vinos tintos\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Escuela de la Vid ha contado con profesores extraordinarios desde su fundaci\u00f3n, Ildefonso Mareca Cort\u00e9s fue uno de ellos. Este profesor era Doctor en Qu\u00edmica Industrial e Investigador cient\u00edfico en el Centro Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (C.S.I.C).
