We have new students at the school!
They are our first graders! And the fifth graders are going to be their buddies.
What is a buddy? A buddy is an old student that welcome and help new students.
One of the first days of school, the kids of 5th grade went to visit and show the school to 1st graders.
Each kid of 1st grade had one or two buddies of 5th grade. They went around the school visiting all the places: the gym, the canteen, the garden, the playgrounds, etc.
The place they liked the most was the gym where we practice Physical Education.
When they went to the canteen, they saw Emma, the cook of our school, preparing a salad. Then, they went to visit their playground where they had a great time and they liked it a lot.
We are 5th graders and we are very happy of being buddies!
