SHAUMA
These last days we went to interview Shauma .
She came the 12th of September from Atlanta to Madrid.
She came to this school the 3rd of October .(She teaches 3rd and 2nd grade).
She is 24 years old and her birthday is on September 8th.
Shauma came to teach English to the students. All the assistants help the teachers to do the school activities like:
The scary tunnel, to decorate the school, decorate the doors of each class. She is going to help the teachers to make the Halloween games etc…
HALLOWEEN:
-They do a lot of games to the children that are in this school.
-Shauma is going to dress up like a monster (evil)…
-She will scare us in the tunnel of terror.
You may find her in the corridors, in this case, remember to say `hello´ to her.
SABRINA
The 3rd of October the three new English assistans came to our school. Taylor, Shauna and Sabrina.
Today we are going to talk about Sabrina.
She came the 12th of September to Spain.
Sabrina leaved Atlanta with her best friend Shauna (the assistant of 2nd and 3rd grade) to come to Madrid.
She is 24 years old and her birthay is the 10th of October.
She teaches 1st grade and 4th grade.
She told us that she loves her work and loves Spain.
She enters the school at 9am and she leaves the school at 2pm.
Her work consists of talking to the students in English to help his pronuntation.
When she has free time she and her friends ( the other assistants) decorate the school for Hallowen.
And when she has free time out of the school, she goes to the park with her best friend Shauna or she goes to explore the city of Madrid.
Her hobbie is reading.
The costume of Sabrina to this Halloween Festivity is the Queen of hearts.
On Friday 28th of October you’ll see the three new assistans on their costumes.
I hope they don´t scary us too much!
TAYLOR
The 3rd of October, the English assistants came to our school. Taylor is the 5th and 6th grade assistant..
He lived in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA.
Bethlehem is known as the Chrismas city. It`s very close to two famous cities: Philadelphia and New York City.
His hobbies are playing the piano, reading and visiting new places. He first taught in Murcia, then he came here, to Felipe II school, in El Escorial.
Taylor told us that next year he wants to go to Valencia. The places he likes from Spain are Valencia, Granada, and Madrid. From Madrid he likes that it is very big, and there are a lot of things to do.
He likes a lot of sports like basketball and American football.
He doesn´t like that it is hard to be a vegan.
This year, the assistants are helping us with the Tunnel of Terror for Halloween Festivity. He says he is going to make us crying from fear. For Halloween he´s going to be a skeleton.
He showed us a presentation about Halloween in the USA. They threw big parties, went trick or treating and there were lots of haunted houses.
We hope he doesn´t leave soon.
