Exploring Democracy and Gender Equality in Norway
As part of our Erasmus+ programme, 1st Bachillerato students took part in a dynamic exchange with Edvard Munch school in Oslo, focusing on comparing the political systems of Spain and Norway, with a special emphasis on gender equality and European democratic values. Through debates, collaborative projects, and digital research, participants examined key issues such as gender roles, societal stereotypes, and human rights policies. This mobility enhanced students’ critical thinking, strengthened their communication skills in English, and deepened their understanding of how political frameworks influence social change. By engaging with their Norwegian peers, students also fostered intercultural dialogue, digital competence, and a strong sense of active European citizenship.
Enhancing Communication, Culture, and Inclusion in Northern Italy
During our Erasmus+ mobility to Brescia, Milan, and Verona, participating 4th ESO students developed their English communication skills in both formal and informal contexts while deepening their understanding of Italian culture and heritage. The programme shared with Liceo Annibale Calini fostered a strong sense of European identity by exploring the theme of unity in diversity, empowering students to build meaningful relationships and feel part of a wider European community. Through shared activities in history, art, and sustainability—both in and outside the classroom—participants strengthened digital and teamwork skills, enhanced their well-being, and embraced inclusion as a core European value. This mobility truly exemplified the Erasmus+ spirit of learning, connecting, and growing together.
Empowering Students through Digital Innovation and Sustainability in Portugal
In this Erasmus+ mobility to Portugal, 3rd ESO students explored how technology and education intersect to shape a more sustainable and inclusive future. Through a series of interactive activities—including digital storytelling, coastal fieldwork, and collaborative ICT projects—they strengthened their digital skills while fostering intercultural dialogue and environmental awareness. Visits to Agrupamento de Escolas Henriques Nogueira school, smart city areas, and cultural landmarks offered hands-on learning about digitalization in education, sustainability practices, and European identity. This enriching experience not only boosted students’ confidence, creativity, and curiosity, but also reinforced their motivation to participate in international projects as active and engaged European citizens.
Long-Term Mobility in Italy Strengthens Language, Identity, and Critical Thinking
Fostering Innovation: Job Shadowing Experience in Lecco, Italy
Two of our teachers participated in a short-term job shadowing experience at IIS Medardo Rosso in Lecco, Italy, focusing on innovative pedagogical practices and international cooperation. By attending classroom sessions in Art, English, and STEM subjects, they explored the integration of digital tools, observed CLIL methodology in action, and reflected on strategies to foster multilingual and multicultural learning environments. Meetings with the Erasmus+ coordination team provided valuable insights into project-based learning and strategic planning for international mobility. This experience not only enhanced their adaptability and intercultural communication skills, but also reinforced their commitment to promoting innovation and European values in our school’s teaching practices.
Cultural Exchange and Educational Enrichment with Liceo Calini in Madrid
As part of our ongoing Erasmus+ collaboration with Liceo Annibale Calini (Brescia, Italy), our school had the pleasure of hosting a group of Italian students and teachers in Madrid, as well as a long-term student. This experience brought vibrant intercultural exchange to our classrooms and community, enriching our educational environment. Through joint activities and cultural visits—such as exploring Bourbon and Habsburg Madrid or engaging with masterpieces at the Prado Museum—our students not only practiced their language and social skills, but also deepened their understanding of shared European heritage. Welcoming international guests fostered a spirit of openness, cooperation, and European identity across the school, strengthening our capacity for future international projects.
Strengthening Democratic Values through Hosting Our Norwegian Partners
As part of our Erasmus+ collaboration with Edvard Munch videregående skole, our school proudly hosted a group of Norwegian students and teachers in Madrid. Through joint activities—including classroom immersion, debates on democratic systems, and cultural visits—our students experienced firsthand the value of European cooperation and mutual understanding. Hosting this group enriched our learning community by promoting active citizenship, democratic dialogue, and respect for diversity. It also deepened our engagement with inclusive education and intercultural communication, reinforcing the shared values at the heart of the Erasmus+ programme and strengthening our school’s role within a united and democratic Europe.
Movilidades Erasmus 2024-2025. Segunda convocatoria
- Se abre el plazo para presentar solicitudes para la movilidad de 4 días a Portugal para 3º de ESO
- La hoja de solicitud debe enviarse al correo electrónico indicado antes del 17 de marzo. Por favor, lean la convocatoria en su totalidad para enviar toda la documentación solicitada correctamente.
- Les recordamos que, para que la solicitud sea efectiva, el alumno/a debe redactar su carta de motivación a séptima hora del próximo miércoles 19 de marzo en el salón de actos.
- Nuestro centro socio en Portugal únicamente dispone para recibirnos la fecha del 12 al 15 de mayo en una movilidad no recíproca, por lo que no se ha podido evitar la coincidencia con otras actividades del centro. Lamentamos esta circunstancia.
- Las plazas ofertadas dependen del remanente de presupuesto concedido por la Agencia Nacional tras la realización de las movilidades ya iniciadas. Por ello, este número podría verse incrementado en algún alumno/a tras finalizar las movilidades de marzo.

Our students had the unique opportunity to engage with their peers from Norway and Italy, sharing and discussing their outcomes on critical health, social, and cultural issues.
