KA210 AI STEAM

The IES Antonio Gardí participates, together with three other educational institutions, in the Erasmus+ KA210 AI STEAM project described below.

Priorities and Topics:

HORIZONTAL: Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity.
SCHOOL EDUCATION: Promoting interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and the STEAM approach, and foster girls’ interest in STEM
HORIZONTAL: Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data usage.
European identity, citizenship and values.
Creativity, arts and culture.

Our objectives

O1-Empower Girls in STEM
O2-Promote Equity and Inclusion in STEM
O3-Foster creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills of 11-15 of students.
O4-Foster respectful and responsible behaviors to promote European unity.
O5-Equip teachers with practical skills and digital tools for integrating AI into the STEAM curriculum.

Mobilities:

The project includes four mobilities.

C1 Türkiye Mobility focused on Generative AI activities. This training (TC) will help teachers understand the structure of AI, prompt writing, and algorithm development that provides critical thinking&problem-solving.
C2 Poland Mobility will focus on using AI in Science and Tech, including creating simulations, virtual labs, assessments, space studies, AI-enhanced robotics, and assistive technology for inclusive education.
C3 Spain Mobility will focus on AI in Maths, formative assessment, and feedback. Students will learn about AI-powered homework assistants, receive step-by-step explanations for complex calculus, and use AI-powered voice assistants for learning.
C4 Hungary Mobility will focus on AI in Art and Ethics, this mobility will explore issues of copyright and originality in AI-generated artwork, as well as the use of AI for sound art, light art, video art, and photo editing.
