Spring break – On holiday!

We’re on holiday! Time to rest and spend time with your family. You may play board games, cook, watch films, read books, draw, dress-up; or even do yoga together, as I do with my family every day at 7 pm ;).

There isn’t any compulsory homework but here you have some activities in case you need some ideas:

–> Voluntary project (Proyecto voluntario): Living history. We are living a very difficult and unique time that is going to appear in history books in the future. Why don’t you create an English journal so that people in the future could see how a fifth grader is feeling and doing during the lockdown? You can record videos, take pictures and write sentences, or write a normal journal. You decide the format! (in English).

–> Check the English resources to watch the news, to see videos, to sing English songs, to dance, to read or listen to stories, etc. (Echa un vistazo a estas webs para ver las noticias, ver vídeos, cantar, bailar o escuchar y leer historias).

–>Tasks you can do during Easter if you want to move forward with the assignment (Actividades que se pueden hacer si prefieres avanzar tarea):

Enjoy your spring break at home, the important thing is not the place but the people around you.

“Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom.” -George Washington Carver.
