Movilidad a Hungría – Día 3

Day three. 22/3/22. Budapest.

On Tuesday, we woke up at 5:20 in the morning, and we went to room 8, where three of us sleep, to have breakfast all together at 5:45. We had juice, milkshakes and croissants. At 6:30 we got on the bus and afterwards went to a supermarket to shop for our lunch. Although we like Hungarian food, we decided to buy jamón serrano to make some sandwiches. We got back to the bus, road to Budapest, with our Italian, Belgian and Hungarian friends. At 9:45, we arrived in Budapest.

At 10 o’clock, we had a guided visit of Buda and Pest inside the bus. Then, at 11, we went on a boat trip on the Danube river, where we had lunch. This was our favourite part of the day. The sights were fascinating!

At 12:30 we got on the bus again to get to the Buda castle and the surrounding area, which were recently renovated. There were many building sites because of the construction, but that was no big problem for us.

At 4:00, we went to a museum. We expected it to be about art or sculptures, but it was a science museum. It was really interesting, as we were able to try some experiments. We also watched a performance of a scientist who showed us some cool tricks and experiments.
